Tool bar

Purpose

The Tool bar gives direct access to manipulation tools used for positioning and adjusting scene content.

Main controls

  • Transform gizmo mode switching for translate, rotate, and scale flows
  • Local/world-space behavior where supported by current tool context
  • Selection-aware tools that activate based on the selected scene or marker target

Typical workflow

  1. Select a target in scene or marker context.
  2. Activate the required gizmo mode from the Tool bar.
  3. Manipulate the object in viewport and confirm visual result.
  4. Continue with save from Scene Browser when finished.

Behavior notes

  • Available tools depend on selected object type and editor mode.
  • Gizmo interactions are isolated from click-through selection behavior.
  • Keyboard accelerators can switch manipulation modes without leaving canvas focus.
